Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitor cash flow to ensure fiscal health. Responsibilities include financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost management, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The role will also involve leading a finance team, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Experience in cost management, risk assessment, and process optimization
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, advanced Excel)
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; CPA/CA certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
