Job Description

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role is based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Senior Manager -Fiduciary Operations

We will count on you to:

  • Extract the renewal list from the system and share the forecast template with the Branch and Department.
  • Collate the completed forecast templates upon receipt.
  • Prepare and circulate a renewal summary, including lost cases, price variance, and timelines.
  • Share FTM booking updates with the Department and Branch on a daily basis.
  • Publish Actual vs Forecast reporting and obtain variance reasons (e.g., lost, price variance, or timing) for regional reporting.
  • Track and help ensure achievement of Renewal and New Business forecast targets for the Branch and Department.
  • Create dashboards and MIS as required.
  • Ensure bookings are recorded under the correct income class.
  • Share the lost client list with FP&A to support preparation of the lost file.
  • Support the Client Executive with bookings requiring exception approvals to book revenue in the system.
  • Coordinate with Client Executives on Renewal and New Business bookings.
  • Share revenue status and support monthly revenue closure.
  • Track and manage Client Service revenue for non-MMB business.
  • Allocate revenue share and cross-sell in the register as requested by the Client Executive.
  • Share MRC B2B lines monthly for inclusion in the register.
  • Reconcile the revenue register with Oracle and resolve gaps.
  • Share specialty reports with the region
  • Upload the revenue register in the system and circulate monthly reports to relevant stakeholders (Department, Branch, Practice/Sales, Pema, Sub-department).
  • Prepare Branch/Department/Practice revenue summaries (including Shadow) and maintain the lost file.
  • Share daily revenue status updates and maintain documentation for variance/timing drivers.

What you need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in insurance industry.
  • Domain Knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree
  • Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
