We're looking for a high-ownership, execution-first F&B Vendor Leader who can build and run a compliance-ready vendor ecosystem at scale. This is a field-heavy role requiring strong vendor connects, fast onboarding capability, and relentless focus on quality, cost, and service delivery.

What You'll Own
- Build and scale a strong, diversified, compliance-cleared F&B vendor network
- Source, onboard, and manage caterers, cloud kitchens, and food partners
- Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding: audits, FSSAI, hygiene, contracts, SLAs
- Enforce non-negotiable quality & hygiene standards
- Own F&B service delivery across multiple centres
- Resolve escalations quickly through on-ground intervention
- Drive cost optimization without compromising quality
- Launch new formats: meal programs, subscriptions, pop-ups, event catering
- Support new centre launches with ready vendor tie-ups
- Travel frequently across cities to ensure vendor discipline
What We're Looking For
- 58 years experience in F&B vendor management / corporate food programs
- Strong existing vendor network in Hyderabad / Bengaluru
- Proven track record in fast vendor onboarding & multi-vendor management
- Hands-on experience with audits, hygiene, and compliance
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Bias for action, ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field work
