Job Purpose
To lead export sales for the region, manage strategic accounts, and drive sustained revenue growth across Sea (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional export sales strategy and execution
- Manage key and high-revenue customer accounts
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee pricing negotiations and major commercial discussions
- Monitor regional KPIs and present performance reviews to management
- Ensure service quality through close coordination with operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 10–12 years of experience in freight forwarding export sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and account management skills
