hiring process.

Roles and Responsibilities | What You Will Do
As a Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives, with a focus on large corporate enterprises in the region with more than 5,000 employees. Your key responsibilities will include:
Owning the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and demos to follow-up, sending
proposals, price negotiation, and contracting.
Identifying and managing the right stakeholders in companies that hire from campus,
using LinkedIn/Fundoodata, etc., finding their contact information, reaching out to them,
and presenting the platform to them.
Setting up and conducting new meetings each week and providing detailed platform
demos.
Building and guiding a team of young and experienced sales members over time.
Helping to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to
meet them.
Providing advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
Conducting webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
Requirements | You Will Be a Great Addition to the Team If:
You have at least 5 + years of experience selling technology products to TA/HR leaders
in large corporations.
Team leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, management, and target
delivery.
