A Global Pharma MNC is looking for their Bangalore - Outer Ring Road location

Role: Senior Manager -Employee Relations

Exp: More then 13 yrs, where a6/7 yrs should be in core employee Relations

JD:

Provide advisory support to HR and business leaders on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and compliance with the company's Code of Ethics.

Develop, improve, and ensure compliance of ER/HR policies and procedures with local labour laws, legal standards, and organizational culture.

Drive awareness and training programs on ER topics, including POSH, while supporting ER committees on cases related to misconduct or policy violations.

Track and manage ER cases and metrics, identify trends, and support risk and data privacy requirements.

Oversee non-performance management processes in alignment with local and global guidelines.
