Job Title: Senior Manager - Electronics

What you will need to be successful:

  • Focus on PCBA verification and validation.
  • Hardware design and Component engineering.
  • Mixed-signal design and analysis.
  • High frequency analog design and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Develop the test plan for PCBA performance tests.
  • Setup test environments to enable efficient performance and reliability testing. Support general electrical engineering tasks, including conducting tests in lab. Develop & maintain PCBA related to elevator controls & connectivity products (IoT).
  • Prepare related documents to support product release process, cost down and engineering change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested

On a typical day you will:

  • Electronics or Electrical engineering education background, Master is preferred.
  • 10+ years working experience in electrical engineering and ECAD design tools, Cadence PSpice.
  • Familiar with ARM Context M3, DCDC, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN etc.
  • Familiar with wireless communication, such as WiFi, BLE etc.
  • Familiar with C or Python programing, good at test software development.
  • Experience with development management tools such as Jira, Confluence, DevOps is a plus.
  • Proactive and logical thinking and behavior in work for new product.
  • Exp in CADENCE Tool, Alegro
  • Relevant knowledge on PCB Testing
