· Key Deliverables:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, with a primary focus on BSNL and other Telecom Operators/ISPs
- Drive business development and revenue growth through new opportunities and account expansion
- Handle end-to-end bid management, including RFP analysis, bid preparation, and submission
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement processes
- Manage invoicing, approvals, and payment realization cycles with customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholder levels within operator organizations
- Act as a single point of contact for client engagement, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience working with Telecom PSUs (preferably BSNL) and Private Operators/ISPs
- Hands-on experience with procurement processes and bid submissions
- Strong understanding of invoicing approval processes and payment cycles
- Established relationships across different levels and verticals within telecom operators
- Good knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and Telecom Services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to have:
- Graduation + M.B.A in Marketing (preferred)
- Prior experience in handling BSNL accounts/projects will be a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
