Strategic Planning – Develop and execute strategies for field service operations that align with company goals and enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Dynamics 365 Management – Oversee implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service, including replacement of legacy systems.
Process Optimization – Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery through technology.
Customer Engagement – Build strong customer relationships, address concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Performance Metrics – Define, monitor, and act on key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership – Mentor and lead global teams with a focus on accountability and excellence.
Budget Management – Oversee field service budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
