  • Dynamics 365 Management – Oversee implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service, including replacement of legacy systems.
  • Process Optimization – Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery through technology.
  • Customer Engagement – Build strong customer relationships, address concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Performance Metrics – Define, monitor, and act on key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
