Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the organization's digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead digital campaigns across social media, search, display, email, website, and video platforms.
- Oversee content marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media marketing.
- Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and audience growth.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and online reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics and dashboards; optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with creative, media, technology, and operations teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and vendors.
- Plan and execute digital promotions for events, programs, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and communication across platforms.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid ads, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent strategy, planning, and execution abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of content and audience behavior.
Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in large brands, agencies, media organizations, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
