  3. Run PDS diagnostics and create execution roadmaps
Lead recurring diagnostics across assortment, availability, visibility/search, content, price & promotion and ratings & reviews using DSA tools and translate findings into a prioritized crossfunctional action plan with clear owners, timelines and expected impact. Own the diagnostics for couple of markets.
  4. Embed PDS metrics into commercial processes
Integrate digital shelf KPIs and insights into JBPs, QBRs/PBRs, AOP and customer performance reviews, ensuring leadership has a 360 view of execution gaps and value at stake.
  5. Lead and develop a team of analysts
Allocate work, set quality standards, review outputs and coach the analyst team, building deep PDS capability and developing succession for specialist roles across BUs.
  6. Drive tool adoption and ways of working
Champion the use of DSA/PDS tools and dashboards across markets, design and deliver training, and codify best practices and playbooks that can be scaled to new teams and sectors.
  7. Govern data quality and process excellence
Ensure consistent KPI definitions, robust data pipelines and clear SLAs for recurring reports and diagnostics, working closely with DTX/technology partners.
  8. Lead testandlearn and continuous improvement
Define and evaluate experiments on content, search, promo and assortment changes, capture learnings, and feed them back into measurement framework guidelines and PDS playbooks.
