Senior Manager Luxury Jewellery (Mumbai | Onsite)

DiamondXE is hiring a Senior Manager to lead operations in the luxury jewellery and diamond segment.

If you understand the business beyond just sales and have experience managing high-value operations, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end business operations (sourcing to sales)
• Drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels
• Manage vendor and client relationships in the diamond ecosystem
• Track market trends, pricing, and opportunities
• Lead internal teams across sales, procurement, and operations
• Ensure strong brand positioning in the luxury segment

What we're looking for:

• 1520 years of experience in jewellery/diamonds/luxury products
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Deep industry network
• Understanding of diamond pricing and sourcing
• Experience handling high-value transactions
