Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Leadership
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure system architecture, design standards, and engineering best practices are followed.
- Drive technical excellence, code quality, and platform scalability.
- Partner with Architecture and Product leadership on long-term technology roadmaps.
Delivery & Execution
- Own delivery commitments across multiple teams.
- Drive predictable execution through strong planning, prioritization, and risk management.
- Ensure reliable release processes and high-quality deployments.
- Balance speed, quality, and sustainability in delivery.
People & Talent Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Senior Engineers.
- Build leadership pipelines and succession plans.
- Drive performance management, career growth, and skill development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Establish engineering metrics (delivery, quality, reliability, productivity).
- Improve operational processes, automation, and tooling.
- Reduce technical debt and operational risk.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and prevention strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, QA, Security, Data, and Operations teams.
- Act as a key stakeholder in enterprise initiatives and transformation programs.
- Enable strong collaboration across business and technology functions. Key Success Metrics (KPIs)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership/management roles.
- Strong background in system design, architecture, and modern engineering practices.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams or managers.
- Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with C# DotNet, SQL, React, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to data platforms, distributed systems, or AI platforms.
- Experience leading transformation or modernization initiatives.
