Senior Manager Delivery (Data & Analytics)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale
Data & Analytics programs for global clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud data platforms, data engineering, BI/analytics, and managing large, distributed teams. This role focuses on delivery excellence, customer success, and driving value across multiple data programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data modernization, BI/analytics, and cloud data projects.
- Manage large, distributed global teams (50+ FTEs) and multiple Project/Program Managers.
- Drive delivery governance, KPIs, compliance, and data security standards.
- Partner with architects and engineering teams on scope, architecture, and execution.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with proactive risk and issue management.
- Build strong client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, billing, and delivery metrics.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning for data & analytics opportunities (preferred).
Required Skills
- 1520 years in IT, with 2+ years in a Delivery Manager/Program Manager role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines)
- Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Experience leading large global teams and multi-project portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DataOps/DevOps.
Preferred
- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe/Agile, AWS/Azure/GCP Data certifications, Snowflake, Databricks.
- Experience in Tier-1 IT services and pre-sales support.
