• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including setting project goals and objectives, defining project scope, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that projects meet their requirements
• Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project delivery
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards, and that project documentation is properly maintained
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and support the professional development of team members
• Collaborate with other delivery managers to share best practices and promote continuous improvement
• Good understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
