This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SQL Server and Oracle database operations, with a solid focus on audit compliance, security hardening, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a track record of managing large-scale database environments, driving automation and modernization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements. A keen focus on providing high-level customer service to our application team partners is required.
The SDM will champion the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to drive operational excellence, automate routine tasks, and enhance system reliability and security. This role will lead initiatives to leverage AI for predictive analytics, intelligent monitoring, and automated incident response across enterprise Linux/Unix environments.
