Job Description

This Senior Manager, Content Strategy role is focused on data audit. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of data audit analysts, and be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity & compliance across Norstella datasets. The Senior Manager will coordinate with leadership across other analyst teams, including close collaboration with QA teams, in order to identify risks, validate controls, and drive improvements in data management and business processes delivery. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for ongoing audit reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team with responsibility for filtering, cleaning, and reviewing quality data reports and performance indicators to locate, document, and correct discrepancies
  • Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports and dashboards for audit teams and management
  • Maintain data quality controls, governance, metadata, and data lineage
  • Support planning and performance of audits related to content, SOP compliance & controls, and business processes/workflows
  • Work with content leadership and the process QA team to check the root causes analysis (RCA) & check recommended corrective & preventive action (CAPA) methodology, also check effectiveness of CAPA implementation
  • Drive Conduct QC calibration implantation of required training for the QA teams
  • Collaborate with process & tech teams on developing and automating continuous audit procedures and data analytics solutions
  • Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
  • Deliver timely, high-quality data audit reports and support regulatory and internal audit monitoring
  • Document business requirements for audits and collaborate on improving data-driven business processes
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with sensitive data and audit findings
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting audit results and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements


  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 12 years of work experience in business research and secondary data analysis, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare domain
  • At least 5 years of experience in conducting data audits, validations, and developing audit programs
  • Experience of Implementing data collection systems, optimizing data quality processes & strong understanding of data analytics
  • Experience of directing a team with line management responsibility
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); analytical and reporting skills
