Job Title - Senior Manager, Data & AI Analytics
Location - Bangalore, India
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager to AI-driven marketing analytics initiatives and data engineering implementation across enterprise clients. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, building and managing cross-functional data teams, and partnering with clients to design customer intelligence solutions that enable data-driven marketing and personalization.
The role requires strong experience across customer data platforms, modern data architectures, marketing analytics, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple enterprise clients
Design and implement Customer 360 architectures integrating data ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, segmentation, and activation
Drive martech use cases like audience segmentation, customer lifecycle analytics, personalization, and marketing automation
Solution Architecture
Design scalable customer intelligence platforms using modern data stack technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, and martech ecosystem tools
Work with data engineering and data science teams to build data pipelines, analytical models, and AI-driven marketing use cases
Client Engagement & Consulting
Partner with marketing, product, and data leaders on the client side to define strategy and roadmap
Translate business objectives into technical data and analytics solutions
Lead client workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations
Presales & Solution Development
Support presales activities including solution design, proposal development, and technical demos for potential clients
Contribute to development of reusable solution frameworks and accelerators
Team Leadership
Build and manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and analytics consultants
Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery across projects
Manage project planning, team allocation, performance management, and stakeholder communication
Partnerships & Ecosystem
Work with technology partners and support partnership initiatives and joint solution development
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and data platform implementations
Strong experience with customer analytics and data engineering ecosystems
Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar technologies
Strong experience in descriptive and predictive analytics, including defining business KPIs, designing analytical dashboards, and applying statistical and machine learning techniques such as regression, classification and clustering
Understanding of marketing analytics use cases such as segmentation, churn prediction, CLTV, Customer journey orchestrations and campaign measurement
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience, with the ability to translate business objectives into technical implementations
Working understanding of modern AI-enabled data platforms and LLM-driven analytics capabilities, including features such as semantic models, natural-language data querying, AI agents, and prompt-driven analytics workflows across platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and similar ecosystems
Experience managing and scaling cross-functional data teams of 30+ members
Preferred Experience
Experience working with martech platforms such as Treasure data, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or similar tools
Experience implementing composable CDP architectures
Experience supporting presales or solution architecture activities
