Senior Manager - Cyber Security

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Cyber Security who is a technical leader responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity engineers. This role involves developing and maintaining the end-to-end security architecture of products, working with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity standards, and driving the prioritization of security risks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and evaluate the work of the assigned cybersecurity department to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, products, and services.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and implement cybersecurity standards, best practices, and architectures.
• Manage the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies.

Skills Required

• Experience with threat modeling or other risk identification techniques and risk management.
• Experience in managing teams to identify strategic and tactical risk.
• Experience partnering and influencing cross-functional teams to drive security improvements.
• Experience in driving the prioritization of security risks/vulnerabilities and ensuring they are properly understood by the business and mitigated.
• Any Cybersecurity certification.
