This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) located in Pune. The Senior Manager will oversee and manage client relationships within the insurance broking sector. Responsibilities include developing and implementing client relationship strategies, crafting tailored risk and insurance solutions, driving client engagement, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and propose effective solutions
• Exceptional Communication skills for building successful client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Market Segmentation to identify opportunities and drive business growth
• Project Management expertise to ensure the seamless implementation and optimization of client insurance programs
• Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus
• Previous experience in insurance broking or risk advisory is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus)
