Job Description
- Handling leads/RFPs for South India Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala as per process inclusive of:
- Lead qualification
- Management approval on lead
- Co-ordination with operations and procurement teams
- Coordination with legal, compliance teams where documentation is involved
- Pricing approvals from State lead, regional head and MD prior to submission of proposal
- Meeting with clients to present our capability/solutions for IFM or Property Management based on requirement.
- Ensuring timely closure with respect to documentations LOA and agreements.
- Ensuring P&L BTR approvals upon confirmation of lead.
- Quarterly travel to respective states for client engagement/lead generation as necessary
- Adherence to RFP timelines for submission.
