Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into concepts, space planning, and detailed designs.
- Oversee concept design, design development, GFC drawings, and coordination with projects, MEP, and QS teams.
- Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timelines, and brand standards.
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Drive design innovation, value engineering, and standardization where required.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers; review drawings and ensure quality outputs.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for material selection and execution feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Support business development with design inputs, proposals, and pitches.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 812 years of experience in corporate interior design / commercial interior fit-outs.
- Strong portfolio of office interiors, corporate spaces, managed offices, or coworking projects.
- Proven experience in design leadership and team management roles.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, MS Office, and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost consciousness.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
