Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into concepts, space planning, and detailed designs.
  • Oversee concept design, design development, GFC drawings, and coordination with projects, MEP, and QS teams.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Present design concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive design innovation, value engineering, and standardization where required.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers; review drawings and ensure quality outputs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for material selection and execution feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
  • Support business development with design inputs, proposals, and pitches.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 812 years of experience in corporate interior design / commercial interior fit-outs.
  • Strong portfolio of office interiors, corporate spaces, managed offices, or coworking projects.
  • Proven experience in design leadership and team management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, MS Office, and presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost consciousness.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
