Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources. The Senior Manager will oversee HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Responsibilities include devising policies, managing employee relations, driving performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will require collaboration with department heads, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing training programs. The ideal candidate will also lead initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and organizational culture while aligning HR goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR strategy development, organizational development, and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in employee relations, performance management systems, and recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policy formulation
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage and develop a dynamic HR team
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 13 years of experience in HR roles, with 5-7 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in the education or recruitment sectors is a plus
