Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources, located in Delhi. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing HR initiatives to align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, developing talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role involves managing employee engagement, overseeing performance management systems, and providing leadership to the HR team to support organizational growth and employee development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning
  • Proficient in employee engagement, performance management, and implementing HR best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
  • Proven leadership and management abilities to guide HR teams effectively
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive and manage organizational change initiatives
  • Proficiency in using HR management systems and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Previous experience in corporate HR within education or recruitment industries is a plus
