Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Director

Location: Hyderabad Head office- CBCID Colony, Hydernagar, Hyd

Factory Address: Pasamailaram, Isnapur, Sangareddy.

Role Summary:

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for leading all financial operations of the organization,

ensuring robust financial planning, control, compliance, and analysis to support the company's infrastructure

projects and strategic growth. This role requires a strong understanding of project-based finance, handling

large capex, interfacing with government contracts (e.g. Indian Railways, NHAI, etc.), and optimizing financial

performance across manufacturing, construction, and installation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

o Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including long-term financial plans aligned

with strategic objectives.

o Prepare project-wise budgets (bridges, fabrication, installation, etc.) and monitor variances

vs. actuals.

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance

o Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements in accordance with Indian

Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and relevant statutory norms.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act,

Labour Laws, etc.

o Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and respond to audit findings.

3. Capital Expenditures & Asset Management

o Oversee investment decisions, plant & machinery capex, maintenance & commissioning of

fabrication & heavy machinery.

o Depreciation, asset register, insurance, and plant utilization metrics.

4. Risk Management & Controls

o Establish, maintain, and improve internal financial controls, policies and procedures.

o Assess financial risks, contract risks, cost overruns, and suggest mitigation.

5. Stakeholder Management

o Work closely with Project Heads, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain to provide financial

insights and support decision-making.

o Coordinating with banks, government agencies for certifications (RDSO, etc.), tax authorities,

and regulators.

6. Strategic Support

o Support strategy & business development with financial modelling and scenario analyses

(e.g. bids, tenders, pricing models for bridges, steel structures).

o Participate in contract negotiations, pricing, profitability analyses.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.

CA / CMA / MBA Finance is highly preferred.

Experience: Above 8 years in finance roles, highly preferred with minimum 3-5 years at a

senior/leadership level in construction, heavy engineering, infrastructure or manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of financial accounting standards (Ind AS), tax regulations, audit practices.

Strong analytical & financial modelling skills; proficient in Excel and financial tools

Good understanding of government contracts, tendering, certifications (RDSO etc.), cost escalations,

  • material price volatility.
