Job Summary

BYLD Group is looking for a seasoned, mature professional who brings depth of experience, composure, and strong stakeholder-handling skills. The role involves working closely with the CEO, supporting leadership priorities, managing stakeholders, reviewing team outputs, and ensuring high-

quality reporting and follow-through across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1- Stakeholder Management & Leadership Support.

  • Act as a trusted interface between the CEO's office and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage communication, alignment, and follow-ups with senior leaders and teams.
  • Ensure clarity, discipline, and closure of leadership action items.

2- Team Oversight & Reporting

  • Review reports, updates, and MIS prepared by team members
  • Consolidate inputs into clear dashboards, summaries, and executive notes
  • Guide team members on quality, structure, and timelines (without micromanaging)

3- CEO Office & Strategic Coordination

  • Work closely with the CEO on planning, reviews, and priority tracking
  • Support preparation of presentations, briefing notes, and review documents
  • Track strategic initiatives and ensure progress visibility

4- Governance & Process Discipline

  • Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and reporting cadence
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and maturity in all interactions

Key Requirements

  • 10 to 20 years of overall professional experience
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, leadership support, corporate affairs, or program coordination
  • Prior experience working closely with CXOs / CEOs / founders
  • Comfortable in a supportive, advisory, and coordination-oriented role
  • Emotionally mature, patient, composed, and dependable
  • Able to review, guide, and elevate team outputs
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
