Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or related domains.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and flexible benefits.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and articulate insights to drive decision-making
