Role Overview
KPMG is hiring experienced Functional Business Analysts with strong expertise in payments and global banking to support large-scale payment transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong payments domain knowledge including MT/MX messages, ISO 20022, SWIFT, cross-border payments, clearing & settlement, and full payments lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end payment flows and systems such as GPP, Volpay, C2P, T24, etc.
- Minimum 7+ years of functional Business Analysis experience, with exposure to 12 major payment transformation projects.
- Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, support MX migration, and drive process improvements.
- Proven experience working with global banks only (Indian banking experience not applicable).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
Additional Details
- Purely functional BA role (technical profiles not considered).
- Notice period: Less than 45 days.
- Work model: 5 days WFO / hybrid as per business needs; open to client travel.
- Interview process: 2 technical rounds (KPMG) + 1 client round + HR discussion (virtual).
- Eligibility: Any graduate.
