Role Summary
Support legal, compliance, and secretarial functions to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements. Involves contract management, statutory compliance, board support, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Support
- Draft/review agreements (NDA, MoU, contracts, resolutions)
- Maintain contract repository and track renewals
- Assist with legal notices, documentation, and research
- Coordinate notarization and registrations
Compliance
- Maintain compliance tracker (MCA, RBI, FEMA, etc.)
- Support filings and audits
- Monitor policies and license renewals
Secretarial
- Assist in board meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Maintain statutory records and ROC filings
- Support shareholder communication and reports
Documentation
- Organize legal/compliance records and approvals
- Manage document control and digitization
Qualifications
- LLB (CS preferred)
- 35 years experience in legal/compliance role
- Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, filings
