Role Summary

The Senior Manager Clinical Operations will be responsible for managing and strengthening the end-to-end clinical client journey at Buddhi Clinicfrom enquiry and assessment to therapy delivery, continuity of care, and exit. The role focuses on ensuring consistent clinical quality, adherence to protocols, data-driven decision-making, and sustained implementation of best clinical practices across services.

1. End-to-End Clinical Operations

  • Own and oversee the complete clinical client journey: enquiry, assessment, therapy induction, service delivery, reviews, continuity of care, and discharge.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across doctors, therapists, and clinical coordination teams.
  • Monitor clinical scheduling, therapy utilisation, and client flow to minimise cancellations and drop-outs.

2. Clinical Standards & Documentation

  • Implement and sustain clinical SOPs, care pathways, documentation, and consent processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of clinical records.
  • Identify deviations and drive corrective and preventive actions.

3. Clinical Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyse key clinical metrics including OPD flow, assessment timelines, therapy utilisation, cancellations, and continuity indicators.
  • Use data insights to improve efficiency, care delivery, and client experience.
  • Prepare clinical operations reports for leadership review.

4. Clinical Team Leadership

  • Lead and support clinical coordinators and clinical operations teams.
  • Drive accountability through audits, reviews, and structured follow-ups.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across multidisciplinary clinical teams.

5. Clinical Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to clinical governance, ethical practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage clinical escalations and service deviations.
  • Drive standardisation, quality improvement, and sustained adoption of best clinical practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Clinical or Allied Health (preferred)
  • 812+ years experience in clinical operations or care delivery management
  • Experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings is an advantage
