Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing goals to deliver impactful event solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend ideas, solutions, and improvements.
2. Project & Event Management
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, conferences, launches, and experiential campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop project timelines, work plans, and execution schedules.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Strategy & Concept Development
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop event concepts and proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming and ideation for pitches and new projects.
- Ensure the final concept and execution reflect the client's brand identity and messaging.
4. Budgeting & Financial Management
- Prepare and manage event budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor project profitability and ensure financial discipline.
- Manage client approvals, quotations, invoicing, and cost reconciliation.
5. Vendor & Production Coordination
- Ensure quality control of deliverables and production outputs.
- Oversee event set-ups and execution at the venue when required.
6. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide and mentor junior client servicing team members.
- Allocate projects and ensure effective collaboration between departments.
- Maintain clear internal communication to ensure smooth project flow.
7. Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
- Support new business pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Experience & Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations
- Proven experience managing corporate events, large-scale events and key client accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (preferred)
