We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager – CHRD for training and development initiatives for non-teaching staff. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs, enhancing behavioural competencies, and improving overall operational efficiency through structured learning interventions.
Qualification:
· Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA –HR preferred).
· Certification in Training will be advantageous.
Experience & Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development, especially Soft Skills.
· Behavioral Training and Programs on improving operational efficiency.
· Languages known: English, Hindi and Gujarati (Essential).
Key Responsibilities:
· Planning & Calendaring the Training program for Non-Teaching staff.
· Development of Training Modules.
· Delivery of Training Session.
· Training needs Analysis and Training impact analysis.
· Meeting key stakeholders and coordinating the Training Session.
