Senior Manager / Chief Manager - AFC Compliance

Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Chief Manager - AFC Compliance to lead our compliance efforts in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and mitigating risks associated with anti-financial crime. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in compliance management and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to AFC regulations.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure proactive measures are in place to mitigate compliance risks.
• Manage internal investigations related to compliance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related topics.
• Collaborate with legal, audit, and other departments to ensure comprehensive compliance coverage.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
