Role Overview

As the Senior Manager of Brand Execution, you'll lead a 50-member team to drive high-impact Below-The-Line (BTL) activities within housing societies. Your mission: Secure society permissions, coordinate with city teams to orchestrate flawless on-ground execution, and own the team's full P&L. This is a high-visibility role blending strategic oversight, team motivation, and revenue growth in a fast-paced proptech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PAN India strategy for BTL campaigns, securing permissions from housing societies for events, activations, and partnerships to boost NoBrokerhood monetization.
  • Manage and mentor central teams (direct reports), ensuring seamless execution across markets while hitting KPIs on reach, engagement, and revenue.
  • Own end-to-end P&L for the 50-member team, including budgeting, cost optimization, productivity etc
  • Manage multiple strategic projects which are of key importance to Nobrokerhood
  • Drive team performance through training, performance reviews, and motivation—scaling operations from pilot campaigns to nationwide rollout.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align BTL efforts with broader monetization goals; monitor metrics and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • Travel to key cities (10-20%) for on-ground oversight, relationship-building with society managements, and crisis resolution.
  • Foster a high-energy culture, leveraging data analytics to track ROI and refine execution playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in leadership roles managing operations via calling set up
  • Proven track record owning P&L for teams of 30+ members.
  • Strong people management skills; experience in handling calling team setup and scaling distributed teams.
  • Data-driven mindset: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for P&L tracking, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills for negotiating permissions with RWA/society leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); willingness to travel as per business requirement..
  • Bonus: Familiarity with proptech, NoBrokerhood, or monetization in community ecosystems.
