Job Description

Principal Associate – Hyperlocal - Assortment

Myntra | Category Speed Team

The Vision

Myntra's Category Speed team is redefining the fashion landscape by merging a premium, branded selection with the urgency of 30-minute delivery. We aim to unlock incremental growth by offering a unique, differentiated experience for fashion-forward customers. While speed is the price of entry in quick commerce, the availability of the right selection is the key to our success.

As a bridge between Category, Central Planning, Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain, this team is the engine driving the rapid expansion of this high-velocity model.

Role Overview

As the Principal Associate - Hyperlocal - Assortment, you will lead the strategic optimization of our end-to-end rapid delivery and supply chain ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that blends rigorous data analysis with cross-functional execution. You will identify bottlenecks and implement best-in-class processes to ensure our customer promise—fast, stylish, and flawless—is delivered every single time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Optimization: Design and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the quick commerce supply chain.
  • Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end relationships with key sellers and brand partners.
  • Inventory Governance: Drive consistent inventory availability by proactively managing replenishment and stock requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track stock health and identify critical gaps to improve brand-wise fulfillment metrics.
  • Inbound Streamlining: Collaborate with internal supply chain and operations teams to optimize and accelerate stock intake processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–8 years in Operations, Strategy, Supply Chain, or Business Excellence.
  • Experience in Fashion, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce is highly preferred.
  • Technical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and operational dashboards.
  • Methodology: Proven track record of implementing process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for action.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the fashion industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
