As a bridge between Category, Central Planning, Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain, this team is the engine driving the rapid expansion of this high-velocity model.
Role Overview
As the Principal Associate - Hyperlocal - Assortment, you will lead the strategic optimization of our end-to-end rapid delivery and supply chain ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that blends rigorous data analysis with cross-functional execution. You will identify bottlenecks and implement best-in-class processes to ensure our customer promise—fast, stylish, and flawless—is delivered every single time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy & Optimization: Design and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the quick commerce supply chain.
- Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end relationships with key sellers and brand partners.
- Inventory Governance: Drive consistent inventory availability by proactively managing replenishment and stock requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track stock health and identify critical gaps to improve brand-wise fulfillment metrics.
- Inbound Streamlining: Collaborate with internal supply chain and operations teams to optimize and accelerate stock intake processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years in Operations, Strategy, Supply Chain, or Business Excellence.
- Experience in Fashion, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce is highly preferred.
- Technical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and operational dashboards.
- Methodology: Proven track record of implementing process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for action.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the fashion industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
