As a Senior Manager - Marketplace with 7-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the marketplace operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketplace activities to drive growth and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization's marketplace presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketplace operations with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze marketplace trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to maintain a diverse and competitive product offering.
  • Lead a team of marketplace specialists to execute day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Monitor and optimize pricing, promotions, and product placement to drive sales and profitability.
  • Implement best practices in marketplace management to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and differentiation.
