As a Senior Manager - Marketplace, with 7.0-10.0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of the marketplace operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around strategizing, managing, and executing initiatives that drive growth and profitability within the marketplace segment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive marketplace expansion and revenue growth.
Lead a team of marketplace professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.
Analyze marketplace trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize marketplace performance through pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotional activities.
Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to track progress towards business goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with key marketplace partners and vendors.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketplace management.
