Flawless design of strategy and execution of initiatives across Commercial Business Enablement Team, impacting customer experience, capabilities, and enterprise initiatives
Offer insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and showcase design thinking to develop and implement efficiency. A good understanding of external leading practices is important.
A fair understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence is a must.
Prior experience in process improvement via automation capabilities is a must.
Ensure effective communication and seamless change management for projects in driving process and capability deployment across the network. Engage with all global stakeholders to ensure smooth and streamlined transitions.
Lead and manage process transformation projects from inception to completion, monitor project progress and manage the reporting.
Conduct post implementation reviews to assess impact of changes implemented, reporting to key stakeholders and metric calculations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and challenges, facilitate workshops and meetings.
Develop senior level high quality presentations on a frequent basis.
Required Skills:
Proven ability to lead large, global business change initiatives is essential for this role.
Ability to conceive and implement global process design initiatives is a must.
Strong leadership & collaborative skills with internal & external partners are critical.
Demonstrated ability to drive results through teams and colleagues without direct authority.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to quickly tailor communications to various levels within the business
Proven track record in meeting aggressive timelines, effectively managing multiple priorities and displaying superior personal accountability, including resilience and commitment.
