Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Manager - Business Operations. The Senior Manager will oversee sales operations, streamline processes, and ensure the seamless execution of strategies. Responsibilities include managing operations, analyzing business data for improvements, and crafting strategic frameworks. Collaboration with different departments will be key to improving efficiency and driving overall success throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management
• Proven SalesOps experience with excellent organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to make actionable recommendations
• Knowledge and experience in Finance, including sales forecasting and revenue reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively
• Experience in leadership or managerial roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
