Role Description
The Senior Manager Business Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include overseeing business operations to ensure optimal efficiency, developing and implementing strategic plans, streamlining processes, and driving key initiatives. The role involves analyzing business performance, managing budgets, and collaborating across teams to achieve financial and operational objectives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for improving program management practices and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Operations and Operations Management to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills for budgeting, performance analysis, and decision-making.
