Role Description The Senior Manager Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in employee transportation, supply chain, and warehousing services, while expanding relationships with existing clients. The Senior Manager will lead prospecting, pipeline management, solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations in collaboration with operations and finance teams. Daily activities include market research, client meetings, responding to RFPs, preparing business cases, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, collecting client feedback, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives across regions.
