Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Business Development to lead and scale our high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate sales teams, define KPIs, track performance, and build a high-performance culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through market analysis and targeted strategies.
P&L Ownership: Manage P&L by monitoring budgets, costs, profitability, and ensuring ROI on business activities.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across teams and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Market Intelligence: Track education trends, competitors, and student preferences to enhance offerings and customer experience.
What You Bring
MBA from a Top B-School (IIMs or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
7-10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
Proven experience in managing large teams and owning business unit P&L.
Prior experience or understanding of the overseas education industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Strong decision-making ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
