The primary purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and execute digital and brand marketing strategy to significantly improve brand visibility within the industry, drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
The role acts as the strategic brand custodian, ensuring consistent and compelling brand representation across external and internal touchpoints, while owning performance marketing, data-driven optimization, and team leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities:
PRIMARY
Pillar 1: Strategic Leadership & Brand Visibility
Develop and own the integrated digital and brand marketing strategy for the portfolio, aligned with organizational goals and growth roadmap.
Drive industry-wide brand visibility positioning the brand as a credible and differentiated leader across relevant markets.
Act as the primary brand custodian, ensuring consistency in brand identity, tone, messaging, and premium positioning across all external and internal communication channels.
Own and govern external brand communications, including social media presence, industry events, exhibitions, partnerships, PR initiatives, and digital campaigns.
Strengthen internal brand communications, including staff marketing initiatives, internal communication campaigns, employee advocacy programs, staff social media visibility, and internal branding assets.
Oversee and continuously optimize the website as a core brand and lead-generation platform, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, UX, and business objectives.
Identify, analyze, and segment target audiences to design campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert prospects across the funnel.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify strategic brand opportunities, positioning gaps, and growth levers.
Pillar 2: Team & Operational Leadership
Lead, mentor, and scale the digital marketing and social media teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
Establish and streamline processes for content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content including website copy, blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, and creatives.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Oversee and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines.
Pillar 3: Revenue-Focused Execution
Own the end-to-end digital lead generation engine, from awareness and consideration to conversion and revenue contribution.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing initiatives across Paid Social, Search (SEO/SEM), Email Marketing, Display, and Online Advertising.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators including brand reach, engagement, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
Leverage web analytics, CRM data, marketing automation tools, and social insights to continuously improve performance.
Work closely with Sales and Business teams to ensure lead quality, conversion efficiency, and seamless handover of marketing-qualified leads.
SECONDARY
Collaborate with Sales, Product, HR, and Creative teams to ensure strong alignment between brand messaging, internal culture, and business objectives.
Support brand positioning initiatives and ensure consistency across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints.
Stay updated on digital marketing, branding, and communication trends, tools, and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend new platforms, technologies, and marketing approaches for business and brand impact.
Support online reputation management, employer branding initiatives, and competitive benchmarking.
