Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve Clensta's brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal narratives
Build and scale a high-impact influencer ecosystem Design long-term creator partnerships (not one-off barter deals)
Lead influencer campaign strategy, briefs, negotiations, and ROI tracking
Identify emerging creators, formats, and platforms early
Define Clensta's social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms
Oversee content calendars, formats, and storytelling frameworks
Work with internal teams and agencies to execute high-quality content
Mentor and manage interns, executives, and agency partners
Collaborate with performance marketing to align brand & growth goals
Work closely with product, R&D, and regulatory teams for accurate communication
Own brand marketing budgets and timelines
Monitor category trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies
Track brand health metrics (awareness, trust, consideration)
Use data, social listening, and creator insights to refine strategy
Present clear brand performance reports to leadership
Who Should Apply35 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or content-led growth
Prior experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
Proven ability to build creator-led brand narratives
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & influencer ecosystems
Experience working with founders and senior leadership
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
