Job Description

Senior Manager, Lean Digital Transformation - DTAI, Black Belt

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities to deliver business impact for clients by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change within the organization using relevant Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and digital tools and methodologies. Implementation of Software Engineering Practices in IT, aligned with ISO 20K and CMMi standards, will be a core part of the role. The position supports client and delivery efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness on our journey to Intelligent Operations. You will actively partner with Operations and Functions to drive the continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders (internal and external).

Responsibilities

  • Transformation & Process Improvement:

    • Create and execute roadmaps for lean digital transformation and process improvement

    • Develop transformation strategies from the perspectives of digital, analytics, and process re-imagination

    • Lead 2-3 high-impact digital-led transformation projects annually, meeting certification requirements

  • Continuous Improvement & Quality Management:

    • Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools

    • Establish metrics, measurement systems, and risk assessments for process enhancements

    • Deploy risk control frameworks and implement best practices across functions

  • Technology Integration:

    • Apply Software Engineering Practices in IT, aligned with ISO 20K and CMMi standards

    • Implement business process management systems for new clients

    • Leverage advanced technologies like AI, Agentic, Predictive Analytics, RPA, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation to optimize operations

  • Client Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and recommend tailored solutions

    • Establish governance frameworks and lead process improvement discussions

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Training & Mentorship:

    • Conduct training programs on Lean Six Sigma methodologies

    • Mentor Black Belts, Green Belts, and other team members to build organizational capabilities

  • Performance & Impact Measurement:

    • Track and report performance metrics against business objectives

    • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process inefficiencies

oEnsure adherence to project management standards and continuous improvement protocols

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

.Graduate with an MBA or Engineering background

.Experience in IT Quality and Lean Six Sigma methodologies

.Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in mentoring Green Belts and leading impactful projects

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (CSM/PSM certification preferred)

.Proficiency in IT Quality Systems, ISO 20K, and CMMi frameworks

.Experience in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and other advanced technologies

.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement analytical roadmaps

.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

.Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams and driving change
