Senior Manager - BIW Production

-Oversee Weld Shop operations, including Jigs, Fixtures, and Hemming Die Maintenance.

-Design tools and jigs; ensure preventive maintenance of fixtures and hemming dies.

-Maintain Body Shell Dimension Integrity through analysis of CMM/PIST CF reports, in-house fixture correction, and coordination with SQ and VQ Planning teams.

-Conduct Table Top Hemming Die Maintenance.

-Resolve Next Customer Issues promptly and efficiently.

-Implement Poka-Yoke systems on the production line.

-Support all new project launches to ensure faster FSO delivery.

-Develop and implement P0, PP SOPs, and quality standards for new projects.

-Manage fixture spares and ensure timely availability.
