The Senior Manager, BI&A Markets Strat & Ops Lead, will play a vital role at BIA Hyderabad. This position focuses on managing projects from initiation to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing analytical support for strategic decision-making. In addition, the Senior Manager, BI&A Markets Strat & Ops Lead is responsible for helping to facilitate a high-performing culture within the International Markets Team that embraces teamwork and innovation, creating an atmosphere where employees feel connected to BI&A colleagues both in their local office and in other BMS locations

Role & Responsibilities-

Responsible for ensuring seamless operations across all International Markets BI&A teams, coordinating across relevant other BI&A Hyderabad team when necessary.

In addition, responsible for creating and driving efforts to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, career development, job satisfaction, and retention.

Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory changes to provide relevant recommendations for business strategy

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports and executive summaries to communicate project updates, findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

Manage and work with colleagues to develop and support internal communications (for example newsletters and town halls)

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor project progress and measure success

Oversee management of approximately 2 FTEs across providing support to BIA's International Markets team (roles expected to be filled in mid-2025)

Skills & Competencies

The ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and team members; includes demonstrating integrity, reliability, and transparency in all interactions while consistently delivering on commitments.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in using project management tools and software for planning, tracking and reporting project progress

Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable project plans

Experience-

We welcome a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Proven experience (5+ years) in a project management or business analysis role, preferably within the biopharma or healthcare industry

Previous experience managing and advising a leadership team, providing feedback and recommendations to the leadership team to improve the culture of the organization.

Experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating activities across different teams

Proficiency in data analysis and project management and using analytical tools and software

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, and the ability to identify and implement process optimization initiative.

Familiarity with the biopharma industry or related domains

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
