Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Drive sales of executive education programs, professional certification programs, and workforce upskilling solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective enterprise clients
- Drive sales of corporate learning, executive education, and upskilling solutions
- Develop relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and key business stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and commercial discussions
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client acquisition and retention
- Track pipeline performance, sales metrics, and forecasting
- Ensure strong client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
- Contribute to business development and market expansion initiatives
Competencies
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and solution-based sales
- Proven ability to drive B2B revenue growth and manage enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the EdTech, executive education, and professional learning ecosystem
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CHROs, L&D Heads, and business leaders
- High ownership mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business outcomes
Who Should Apply
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development roles
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing enterprise deals
- Experience in EdTech, Executive Education, or Higher Education, with exposure to selling learning, certification, or workforce upskilling solutions preferred
- MBA preferred
