Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of executive education programs, professional certification programs, and workforce upskilling solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective enterprise clients
  • Drive sales of corporate learning, executive education, and upskilling solutions
  • Develop relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and key business stakeholders
  • Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client acquisition and retention
  • Track pipeline performance, sales metrics, and forecasting
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Contribute to business development and market expansion initiatives

Competencies

  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and solution-based sales
  • Proven ability to drive B2B revenue growth and manage enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech, executive education, and professional learning ecosystem
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CHROs, L&D Heads, and business leaders
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business outcomes

Who Should Apply

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development roles
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing enterprise deals
  • Experience in EdTech, Executive Education, or Higher Education, with exposure to selling learning, certification, or workforce upskilling solutions preferred
  • MBA preferred
