In this role, youu00A0are responsible for:u00A0

• Leadingu00A0au00A0Data & AIu00A0software team throughout the development process in support of product releases that meet customer needs, cost goals, quality goals, and schedule constraints.u00A0u00A0

• Develop skills and improve performance of engineers in the team. Ensureu00A0good communicationu00A0within the team and between other engineering teams and other functional areas.u00A0

• Perform various management tasks including budgeting, performance appraisal, salary administration,u00A0hiring, andu00A0employeeu00A0coachingu00A0and performance management.u00A0

• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and development teams, handling the management of stories and backlog for multiple products/modules of high complexity, typically delivered by multiple teams,u00A0possibly servingu00A0as an epic owner for strategic initiatives.u00A0

• Maintains focus on multiple systems/modules, guiding the delivery of new features or enhancements within existing frameworks, even in cases where requirements may not be well-defined or understood initially.u00A0

• Lead cooperative efforts among members of a project team or participateu00A0onu00A0a cross functional team.u00A0

• Facilitatingu00A0iteration and sprint planning at a cross-team or train level, orchestrating efforts to synchronize priorities and coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment with program goals andu00A0objectives.u00A0

• Overall 16+ years of industry experienceu00A0

• Track recordu00A0ofu00A0demonstratedu00A0people and process management skills (at least 5 yearsu2019 experience)u00A0

• Over 4 years of experience serving as a Product Owner within Agile development teams.u00A0

• Experience with IGT and/or medical device service isu00A0anu00A0added advantageu00A0

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.u00A0

• Self-motivatedu00A0individualu00A0with good organizational and time management skills.u00A0

• Ability to work across time-zones and cross-functionalu00A0teams.u00A0

• Strong experience with Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (TFS,u00A0ADSu00A0etc.)u00A0
